How to Get Appointed

Thank you for your interest in Explorer.

At Explorer, our goal is to develop long-term, profitable partnerships with producers. We continually strive to exceed our customers' needs and look to partner with producers that aim to do the same.

Qualifying producers must meet the following criteria:

  1. Have been in business for at least 3 years.
  2. Have two direct auto appointments with a recognized auto carrier.
  3. Carry Errors & Omissions coverage with minimum limits of $500,000.

To begin the appointment process, complete our online Appointment Application. Once completed, you will be asked to email, mail or fax the following documents:

After we receive your application and documentation, one of our Marketing managers will visit your office. If your application is approved, we will formally notify you and provide training. Until that occurs, you are not authorized to bind or submit business.
